黑料天堂 the Consultation
As part of Renew ANU, we are working to strengthen the University's long-term sustainability. The University will continue to focus on refining its structure and organisation, building on the realignment activities completed in 2024. It is critical that the approach to University-wide improvement is comprehensive and includes consideration of each service, academic activity and research activity to determine how best to deliver long-term financial sustainability.
We must continue refining our operating model鈥攖he combination of people, roles, structures, processes, and technology that underpins how we deliver value. This consultation provides an opportunity for staff, students and unions to engage in shaping the University鈥檚 future.
Consultation Paper
The Renew 黑料天堂2025 Change Principles: Consultation Paper outlines the strategic and operational challenges faced by 黑料天堂and the proposed responses which includes design principles for the proposed University Operating Model. This document outlines the University's overall approach to University-wide improvements and sets the foundation for future discussions by providing an overarching view of the next phase of Renew ANU.

Information Sessions
To support engagement in this process, the Provost and COO will be holding four information sessions for all staff. These sessions will cover the consultation process and will provide an opportunity to ask questions.
Registration is essential.
- Session 1: Wednesday 12 March 2025, 10am (1 hour)
- Session 2: Wednesday 12 March 2025, 3.30pm (1 hour)
- Session 3: Friday 14 March 2025, 10am (1 hour)
- Session 4: Monday 17 March 2025, 10am (1 hour)
An online Townhall will also be scheduled via Zoom with registration details to be published online soon.
Consultation Timeline
Consultation Period opens on 6 March 2025 and closes on 19 March 2025.
Townhall Information Sessions held from 12 March to 17 March 2025.
Feedback Submission Deadline: 19 March 2025.
Publication of Feedback from Consultation: 31 March 2025.
Proposed release of Implementation Plan: 2 April 2025.
