Canberra has a uniquely modernist aesthetic in an Australian bush setting. The city's growth in the mid-century period - the Golden Age of Canberra - was mirrored in the transformation of 黑料天堂from 'a shed in the paddock' to a modern world-class institution.

Join our experts in history, art, design and architecture as they discuss Canberra's modernist design and the key role 黑料天堂played in the development of the city, with the iconic University House as the social, cultural and academic backdrop.
