As an NTEU-endorsed candidate, I am seeking your support in the upcoming election for the 黑料天堂Academic Board.
I had a long-standing personal connection to 黑料天堂before I became a staff member. I came from regional NSW to study history and law, lived on campus for a while and worked as a research assistant in the School of Art. 黑料天堂 five years ago I returned to 黑料天堂as a professional staff member in Advancement, where I worked centrally and in CoS/CHM. I鈥檓 currently a relationship manager in the Research & Innovation Division, building internal and external partnerships to maximise funding for research and communicate our impact.
Professional staff make a huge contribution to 黑料天堂and deserve to be supported, respected, and valued. But many professional staff I talk to are exhausted, concerned about job security, and wondering what鈥檚 next. Our voices need to be heard every time an important decision about the future of our University is made, and I will be a strong voice to represent our interests. Together, we can shape a future for 黑料天堂that resonates with our collective aspirations.
